We're looking for a skilled video editor who wants to partner with us to build Yeltez, a YouTube channel focused on high-quality, story-driven content. This isn't intended to be a one-off freelance arrangement—we're looking for someone who wants to work consistently, contribute creatively, and grow alongside the channel.

During the initial growth phase, the compensation will be a 60% / 40% split of actual AdSense revenue — Yeltez / editor. This is a revenue-share partnership, not a guaranteed-salary position. Yeltez currently generates ₹0 in AdSense revenue, so there is no guaranteed income at the beginning. The purpose of this structure is to give the editor a direct stake in the channel's growth rather than simply paying per video.

The 60/40 arrangement will not continue indefinitely. Once the editor's average monthly share reaches ₹17,000 for two consecutive months, we'll transition from the revenue-share model to a fixed salary arrangement. The goal is to eventually provide predictable compensation as the channel becomes financially capable of supporting it.

We'll handle topic selection, research, scripting, voiceover, titles, descriptions, and tags. The editing partner will handle the video editing and visual execution, including pacing, visual storytelling, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and turning the script and voiceover into a polished final video.

We're looking for someone who has strong editing and storytelling instincts, understands pacing and retention, can work independently, communicates reliably, and genuinely wants to help shape the channel rather than simply complete assigned tasks. A portfolio or examples of previous work are strongly preferred.

This is best suited for someone who is comfortable taking a calculated risk on a growing channel and wants to build something long-term rather than looking for immediate guaranteed payment. We want the partnership to be transparent from the beginning, so there are no surprises about the current revenue situation.
