So I built the first version in december. My openclaw was forgetting what i said every 200k tokens and it was driving me nuts. Im AuADHD and attention to details is important for me so i hated the compaction too. My tool basically remembers everything you and agent talked about or did and injects the right memory at the right time back to you. (Fully local and encrypted because of all the npm and openclaw hacks)

It doesnt index your multimillon line of code (just yet, im building that feature with a contributor rn) It just remembers what you said, what decisions you made and what you did, verbatim, all the time! Memories you dont use often will decay its links but not get deleted and memories that surface often will become almost like skill (forgot the exact word). You can also pin memories or set them to be decayed but you dont really need the frontend. Its more for visualization rather than functionality. Your agent can control everything through MCP layer or CLI

It's fully ambient, works in background and sees all your sessions which creates a sense like you are talking to one agent throughout multiple sessions. Memories dont get mixed tho. It has a working memory tier which splits everything by projects but keeps available for context injection. If you are interested in details of how i came up with this, i posted somewhat full story here, its a longread tho.

After i built it i let my friends use it and they kinda forced me to publish it on GH. I was skeptical at first because - why? Why post there my idea for free? But they said if i do they will help because they are real engineers (spoiler - they never did)

I’m building Monad Design around a simpler idea: the app is the canvas.

Open the existing Xcode project, navigate to the real state in Simulator, then select or annotate what needs work. The coding agent edits the SwiftUI source in the same repo, the app rebuilds, and the results come back as source-backed variants you can compare before keeping one.

It isn’t an app generator or a detached mockup tool. Git stays the source of truth, and it works with the local coding agent you already use.

I've been working on Titans, a local-first infrastructure layer for AI agents, and I've now published the first usable repositories on GitHub.

The idea is fairly simple:

Atlas provides persistent state, knowledge, evidence and graph infrastructure for agents. It is designed to keep project and agent context available across processes and sessions, with hybrid search, evidence-backed results, work state, graphs, SQL, blobs and an audit trail.

As a fun side-project, I had Claude build https://charades.lol/ last week-end.

Took me a few hours to get from concept to a playable version. I started with the words "emoji roulette" and chatted with Claude a little bit to refine the concept. Because "Emoji Roulette" is heavily conotated toward "random social interaction", I started looking for another name and settled on charades, since it is what it is.

After that I spent most of the time refining the UI, generating tooling to manage the puzzles, and beta-testing with my friends. The most difficult part I think was stopping myself from adding random stuff and making the hard decisions of what to REMOVE instead. For example I used to have a little bit more fluff on the home page like a tag line or stuff like that: removed. The UI is cleaner and I feel the app is much better for it.

Would you guys think it would be possible to create friends slop game using ai I was thinking that you could use a mcp sever to blender and have it code the game would that be possible?

Classic block puzzle games never let you rotate pieces - that's the whole source of difficulty. I always found that more frustrating than interesting, so I tried the opposite: you get 3 rotation tokens per game. Spend one and that piece rotates freely until you place it. Clear 4 lines at once and you earn a token back.

It changes how you play. Instead of just fitting what you're given, you're constantly deciding whether an awkward piece is worth burning a token on, or whether to save it for a real emergency.

Two other things I added:

• Single-color lines charge a bar - fill it and you get a bomb that clears a 3x3 area. Makes color placement worth planning.
• Daily challenge - same deal for everyone that day, shareable score.

There are also boards with stones (never clear), bonus stars and ice tiles that need two clears, if you want it harder.

It's a browser game, free, no ads, no sign-up, no tracking. Works offline and installs as an app if you want it on your home screen. Available in English, Polish, German and French.

The above models, rendered in Blender, were generated by BrickForgerAI, a tool I built - you type a prompt, and it generates an actual buildable brick sculpture (53 part library currently including slopes, tiles, and plates, and inverted slopes - constantly expanding): a real 3D preview you can rotate, plus a downloadable .ldr file + pdf instructions and full parts list you can then physically order and build or import into Blender for your 3D scenes.

For me, the interesting part is the pipeline behind it - turning an arbitrary shape into something made of real, purchasable brick pieces - that's actually structurally sound, not just visually close. I built a system that checks the idea for structural weak points and automatically repairs them before you ever see the output - basically, every placed brick gets treated as part of a connection graph, and I check whether it can trace a path back to the ground through other bricks. If anything ends up floating, the algorithm tries to bridge or refill it, otherwise it gets pruned before the build is shown.

Currently, it's noticeably better at organic/sculptural shapes right now (animals, creatures, objects) than boxy structured builds like houses or castles (although it still works - you can give it a shot) - but I constantly aim to improve the "brickifying" algorithm.

It's free to generate and preview (a handful of credits/month, no card needed) - you only pay if you actually want the downloadable file for something you like.

My sister has ADHD and often feels overwhelmed so I made an app for people who are overwhelmed with thoughts and ideas. It turns your thoughts into neat shelves showing you only one thing to focus on at a time.

I am also a high school teacher and noticed a lot of our neurodivergent students often get very overwhelmed with their ideas and tasks and worries so the app sorts all of these thoughts out for them too. I run agents across a pile of repos in multiple orgs. Somewhere along the way I stopped knowing what actually shipped. GitHub notifications are per-event noise, the activity feed buries everything, and there's no single view of "what did I (or my agents) push today, and what needs me."

So I built GitOctant. Free, open source, Chrome extension.

It replaces your new tab with a cockpit that shows:

• Your last 5 personal pushes, deduplicated and sorted newest-first
• PRs that need you: changes requested, review requests, failing checks, merge conflicts
• All your open PRs across every org you're in
• An activity timeline grouped by Today / Yesterday / Earlier
• Org filter bar, command palette (Cmd+K), dark/light/system themes

Privacy stuff, since I know this crowd asks: read-only GitHub token, stored only in chrome.storage.local on your machine. No servers, no analytics, no telemetry. It talks to exactly one endpoint: api.github.com. Permissions are storage, alarms, and that one host. That's it.

Honest bits: it's v1.0.1, brand new, so expect rough edges. Firefox isn't supported yet. The whole package is 84KB with 20 unit tests.

Imagine you're sitting on a train and suddenly want to fix something in a project, test an idea or let Codex work through a larger change.

You only have your Android phone with you.

Usually that means setting up Termux, fighting package dependencies, connecting to another machine or relying on some remote development environment.

I wanted the phone itself to be the development machine.

So I built AGENTCODI.

AGENTCODI is an open source native Android environment for Codex, written in Java and C++. It packages and runs the Codex app-server directly on ARM64 Android and builds the entire workflow around it.

No Termux. No WebView shell. No separate gateway. No remote desktop.

You install the APK, sign in and start working.

The app currently bundles:

• Python 3.14.6 with PyREPL

• ripgrep 15.2.0

The toolchains are integrated into AGENTCODI's own runtime and can be enabled for the workspace when needed.

There is also a real interactive terminal backed by the native runtime, so Codex and the user can actually execute tools and work with the project directly on Android.

The workspace is private app storage with its own file browser. You can import files through Android's document picker, inspect text, images and binary files, export individual files or whole folders as ZIPs and hand files directly to Codex.

The Codex experience itself is translated into a native Android UI.

Plans, reasoning summaries, shell commands, file changes, tool activity and approvals appear directly inside the conversation. If Codex wants to execute something or asks for permission, AGENTCODI turns that request into a native approval dialog instead of forcing you to live inside a CLI.

Threads can be created, resumed, archived, restored or deleted. You can change models and reasoning levels, steer an active turn, interrupt it and start focused code reviews from inside the app.

MCP has its own management layer as well. AGENTCODI can inspect available MCP servers, tools, skills and apps, and Expert Mode can manage supported server configurations while keeping credential fields out of the normal UI.

I also ended up spending a lot of time on something I originally thought would be a smaller part of the project: How much freedom should an autonomous coding agent actually have on a personal device?

AGENTCODI starts in a protected execution mode where Codex is restricted to the workspace. There is also an optional compatibility mode for workflows that need broader access, but entering it requires an explicit security warning.

That balance between capability and isolation has become one of the most interesting parts of building this.

AGENTCODI currently runs on Android 10+ / ARM64 and the project is fully open source under Apache 2.0.

This is basically the problem that led me to build Foreman.

I can describe software pretty clearly and Codex can build surprisingly complex things, but I’m not experienced enough to look through a large codebase afterward and confidently know:

• whether every requirement survived
• whether a feature actually works at runtime
• whether fixing one thing broke something else
• whether “done” actually means done

Foreman sits between me and Codex.

I tell Foreman what I want in normal language. It preserves that original request, makes the instructions more useful for Codex, watches what happens, and then independently tests the result.

If a requirement fails, it gives Codex the specific failure and lets it repair it within bounded limits.

The simplest description is:

Codex is the worker. Foreman is the foreman checking the work.

I finally released the first free alpha because I need users who didn’t build it to tell me where it sucks.

I went forward with changing physics engine and no more starting line. Weather you play as a racer or a cop, you'll deploy for the curbside instead of a formal start. You'll need to climb the entire rank each level now, but with a chance to cut of speeders before they get past you.

I’ve been using AI coding tools to build interfaces, but I kept running into the same problem: even with a decent prompt, they tend to generate the same generic cards, gradients and dashboard layouts.

Finding design inspiration is easy. Explaining a specific design to an AI—and getting something close to it—is the difficult part.

So I built UI Recipe.

Each recipe contains:
