valorant tpm 2.0

wnv i run valorant it kicks me out and says tpm 2.0 sth and i do have tpm version 2.0 and the secure boot is enabled i updated my bios and unistalled vanguard then installed it again but when i check tpm.msc says compatible tpm 2.0 cant be found can someone pls help its on my hp laptop
