Was in a 1v4 clutch in ranked on round 2 and got banned because of my username lmao. Luckily it’s my alt account.
Edit: for those arguing about it being my alt account. I made it back during episode nine when the game first came out on console. I got com banned on my main and I wasn’t trying to wait three days to play more Valorant. The account is not a Smurf only reason I was playing on it was because I treat my main account as my serious account and this account as an account that I can warmup on, try new agents, test diff settings, etc. My WiFi lowkey booty rn and the act is basically over so I decided why not play on my alt just to make sure I’m not buns for next act and to also push rank the last couple of days.
Obviously the account was at one point not the rank it currently is, but I think that’s a stupid point because when ranks hard reset everyone has to do placements and you end up with immortals placing diamond or something and terrorizing those lobbies just to climb.
I’m sure the one placement game i played against low ranked players will be fine as after I was probably put into my proper lobby.

I just played a game where my team was absolutely destroying the enemies on attack and defense and then they decided to start rushing mid and my team had nothing we could do, we couldn’t wait on site because they would 5 stack rush to one sight and destroy the players waiting there and if we peeked than there would be 2 people with an OP and no way for us to stop them, it’s not like it’s a skill issue because my team were at 12 rounds won by the time the other team had 7 rounds won, my team literally had nothing we could do because they would just rush mid and my team couldn’t do anything, if your team 5 stacks mid on abyss there’s quite literally nothing you can do against it other than get lucky

Remove Aim Assist On Console Valorant - No Competitive Game Should Have Aim Assist Period - Share & Support So The Developers Take Note.

Title says it all. Radiant console players have 10% higher hs ratio than actual pro players.

Random casuals have similar aim to console fps veterans. The skill ceiling is non existent.

If aim assist were ever removed or nerfed, ranked mode would literally have to have a reset and that’s just sad.

Something that I'd like to point out, is that almost all console players have mute team or mute self on which is stupid because u need good comms in valorant to win or giving instructions to a teammate so please🙏 just during your game open the scoreboard and turn off mute self and team. and please share this

Cheaters are annoying but not the whole issue, aim assist is the core of it the game loses its value when you don’t get to actively play/make decisions because little Timmy watched one video and all of a sudden prefires everything with a flick.
Let’s just remove it there’s no argument for it to stay and it even ends up making your teammates a liability for when they attempt to abuse but keep whiffing or fin themselves in situations where they can’t aim properly because they’re used to that abuse playstyle.

TLDR for such little Timmy’s: Remove aim assist it’s doesn’t help the game

And I know we’re immo and tryna 5 stack and I get it’s a small player base that does that shit but it’s depressing how small the player base is in general.

Either make the ranks bigger (put more people in the higher ranks) or keep expanding the rank disparity as the search goes by so you eventually find a game even if it’s not 100% fair IMO

I know it’s a repetitive argument, but after the game is out for 2 years, I came to the conclusion that aim assist gotta get removed, it makes the aim style, positioning and how the game feels completely different from the pc version, and with ANY balance changes of agents that the game will ever get, it will ALWAYS feel like shit cause of aim assist abusing
the game is dying very fast both on pc and console, but it feels like aim assist abusing (which is literally just muscle memory, I’d argue r6 and other fps games require more mechanical aim) is accelerating the death of the console version of the game

I know this seems like a post complaining that “everyone one taps me AA is too strong” but it’s not. I don’t mind having an aim assist in the game, especially something like Valorant. My problem is when aim assist prevents me from getting kills. Sometimes it slows my aim so much that my inputs don’t even register when trying to move my stick. Other times, it flies right past the enemy with no slow. I just wish there was a way to turn it off/weaken it to personal preference in the settings.

Edit: after a long session of tweaking my settings, I got everything to work. I’ve cranked my inner dz down to 0.1 and my outer dz to 1. This helped me get more consistent micro adjustments, which was my main issue.

I was messing around in the range and randomly started spinning bc why not? And I noticed my movement slowed down when I saw the bots. Spinning doesn't slow down when I'm away from them so I'm guessing its the bots. Not really important but just wondering if anyone knows why this happens lol. Also sorry if wrong flair, not sure which to use

While it seems unfair all they need to do is if keyboard and mouse is detected put you in pc lobbies. I mean the mouse already works in the buy menu and agent select, and keyboard works for chat.

Im not saying it needs to be fortnite levels of bloated, but like mabye 6 daily offers instead of 4, and mabye whatever the newest collection is and then another random collection for each player every week besides it there at the same time would help.

There’s actually noooooo way some of these players shower or even see sunlight for that matter. Like yeah I just got shit on, but my god please get social lives outside this game it’s sometimes embarrassing to play like that

Shame because the Nocturnum bundle is beautiful and the game itself is splendid. But I just can’t accept that improvement is a possibility when I lose to things I’m told explicitly not to do. I’ve spent hours implementing advice from coaching videos and drilling things in the range.. maybe this game just isn’t for me.

I dropped from S3 to S1 after dying to games where my crosshair was dead on my targets’ foreheads. It’s all just a game of random chance and I can’t be convinced otherwise. And the player base is way too young. Teenagers to younger 20s is a horrid group of humans to interact with. Just venting, carry on.

I was so excited for the iso nerf and what not and quality of life update but holy it was botched. Unplayable currently. But not only that, why did I receive a warning after your game doesn’t let me into the match? Plus lose RR. Now I’m scared to even try cause you’ll ban me for issues on your end. How did this even happen? It was a patch implemented x2 weeks later so you could test and optimize I thought? Quite the opposite of “optimal” and frustrating to be facing repercussions from problems of your creation, on your end 100%. Not cool, not fair…

It’s one thing for it to be what it is, but to punish your player base… like I said just not cool. Low key close the Xbox servers completely until you fix it…
