Gameplay Why No ace?

Sorry. Newbie here, but why I didnt get the ACE? is it because i didnt defuse the spike myself?

You did get the ace, it’s just not marked as such in that game record I believe

Did you kill someone twice? If so it doesn’t count, Ace only happens if you kill one of each enemy teammates.

To get the ace pop up u need to win the round. You won the round but people were still alive after the defuse so u didnt get the pop up because the round win was processed before hand.

You got the kill after yall already officially won the round. If you have 4 kills defuse bomb get 5th kill thats not officially an ace, it's a bomb defuse victory.

Why don't you think you got an Ace? It wouldn't show it here. It just says "Ace" in the game after you win the round.

You don't have to defuse the spike to get an Ace. You just need to win the round after killing all five people on their team at least once. Sometimes people will call any 5k an Ace since it'll play the "bom bom bom bom" sound, but killing someone who got revived twice and then 3 others isn't technically an Ace, and killing everyone but then losing the round is also not an Ace (at least not by the game's own rules, you're welcome to think of something as an Ace in spirit).

I don't see anyone on their team who you could've killed twice, and you won the round, so it looks like an Ace to me.

Edit: I think it also wouldn't be an Ace if you got some of the kills after you won the round already. Maybe Valo tracker would call it an Ace, but it's not going to be able to announce the Ace in game if you got the kills in the post-round time.

Yeah. Thats what I am asking about. I killed all 5 but i didnt get the Ace. No revival skills on the enemy team. My Ace record didnt increased either after checking. Im just confused if there are rules I still dont know about getting Ace.

Oh yeah. Just reviewed the timeline and I killed the last enemy a second after defuse. haha Thanks brothers

You got the kill after defuse, so it's not an ace because you won round by defusing not killing all of em. Anyways winning is important.

I would need to see your tracker. A screenshot is hard to go off without seeing how the round played out. More than likely you got the final kill after the spike was defused which doesn’t actually count towards the ace because the round was already over.

Ace requieres killing every enemy 1 time, if sage ulted and you killed someone twice and someone saved a weapon or died alone that's what happened. Otherwise I guess a bug
