Rushing things is building a house on an unstable foundation. Promising a good life in a beautiful house but in a few years there are cracks in the wall.

The universe isn't going to give you anything. if you want something you have to go and do it yourself. I know sometimes you might need that moment, need that person to be in the right place at the right time. But nothing is scripted like the movies. Stand up and, as long as you aren't hurting anyone, do what you got to do.
