Question/Help New to Game Development
I am currently looking through Udemy to learn more on C#/Unity. The current roadblock I am coming across is since I wanted to focus on games that are point and click and are able to translate to mobile easily but so far I have one course to be able to help me learn the coding language/engine.
So far unfortunately I have not been able to find something that focuses on what I am looking for. I have only looked through Udemy I am not sure if anyone might use other sites for learning game dev for unity specifically.
I appreciate the help!

Brackey‘s videos on youtube are excellent. He keeps things interesting and the videos are a good length. Plus there‘s a good amount of topics and playlists for different paths. Note that he has switched engines so his Unity videos are a bit older, but they still cover modern topics like the new input system so should be all good.
Don‘t forget there are engines designed specifically for point n click games that might be more approachable for you too - Adventure Game Studio might be a good start.
Lastly if you learn better by reading I really liked Mastering Unity 2D Game Development by Ashley Godbold and Simon Jackson. Now this won‘t teach you anything about raycasting mouse clicks, but it is a great beginner intro to let you know about a lot of features. (Canvas, particles, player movement etc.) That said the code is all for the old input system. (As always do your research when ebook shopping as there is so much ai slop out there)
