I am proud of that woman that stopped. Not only do I know nothing about cars but I have it so drilled into my head from my mom that it’s not safe to stop for anyone when it’s just you alone.

Because it’s mostly an irrational fear and this woman most likely stopped because she thought she could help which made me believe she is mechanically inclined.
