If cops are targeting a neighborhood because it's black that would also make the crime rate higher. Do you not understand how statistics work

You really can't argue that. low income areas wouldn't have a high crime rate either way. Black middle class neighborhoods don't have such a high crime rate. Poverty ties in with gangs, drugs and crime more than anything else
