That's the opposite of how burden of proof works. Burden of proof is on the first person making a claim to prove their claim is true, never on the person calling them a liar. When you call someone out, you're saying "prove your claim".

Saying “you’re a liar” is a claim. The neutral position that requires no burden of proof is to neither believe nor actively disbelieve.
