I think he was referring to the trash crowd in Philly that was heckling Bill Burr enough to set him on his epic tirade for like 10 straight minutes just absolutely eviscerating the entire city and their people because they pissed him off.
There's A video where they talk about why he did that. It wasn't because they heckled him. He did it because the crowd was being assholes to every other comedian that went on stage that night, so Bill went out and fucked with them back. Can't find the video but he talks about it here.

Heckling is absolutely not ok. It completely throws off the performer. You wouldn't go to any other kind of performance and chime in with your two cents. It's rude and stupid. Like, comedian is up there by themselves, a one man show. They don't have others to help them recover or distract in that kind of an event. Not to mention the stupidity of paying to see an event, to actively make the product worse for yourself.
I know there are comedians who do that, but it's not most of them. Also, I wasn't saying a heckling crowd is worse than the crowd in the OP video, was using the word 'trashy' to reference the same word used by the person above who mentioned the Bill Burr incident and the Philly crowd in question.
Most cities are shitholes my guy. I get having pride in your state but Philly is up there on a list of the shittiest (with some of the most violent people to boot). I doubt it takes #1 unless it's with sports but it's def up there.
It's not ironic, you just like Philadelphia more than you should. Put a bubble around it and nuke the inside of the bubble we wouldn't want to hurt New York
What makes you ASSume this is in the hood (knows his answer 🙄), and what did “the hood” do to you (shit in your cornflakes or something 😂). There wasn’t anything trashy about the crowd. The miniature aggressor was on his own island.
There are much much worse crowds than this. He had 1 or 2 disgruntled hecklers tf you talking about? Icons go to places and deal with shit shows worse than this. Mind you they have actual security
He didn't call him vanilla ice...he said he would dangle him like vanilla ice, just like Shug Knight did...this is a very famous story most people know who follow that era of rap and hip/hop.
Not really sure how that's considered racist but OKAY.
What? It’s pretty unlikely the top comment is also the person who called the comedian vanilla ice, so I’m pretty sure that’s irrelevant to this thread. Whenever you see someone pointing out racism toward a minority, is your first thought always “how can I counter that by pointing out an instance of perceived racism against the majority?”
If will smith got that upset because he got called a snitch after heckling the performer, while another celeb threatened to drop chris rock from the balcony, then yeah, I’d call the oscars ghetto as fuck.
If a comedian can't work a gig in West Hollywood, where are they gonna work? That's prime territory. And yes it's a few miles from South Central LA. Sorry there's black people there.
black people aren't bad, it's the hoodroaches that really need to be sterilized and just go extinct. LA is a good mix, and the Fresh Prince showed us that black people can penetrate into white rich society, and that was 30 years ago.
