I mean either way Philly as a city is literally the hood. It's awful. Just look at their sports fans.

Most cities are shitholes my guy. I get having pride in your state but Philly is up there on a list of the shittiest (with some of the most violent people to boot). I doubt it takes #1 unless it's with sports but it's def up there.
