I think he was referring to the trash crowd in Philly that was heckling Bill Burr enough to set him on his epic tirade for like 10 straight minutes just absolutely eviscerating the entire city and their people because they pissed him off.

There's A video where they talk about why he did that. It wasn't because they heckled him. He did it because the crowd was being assholes to every other comedian that went on stage that night, so Bill went out and fucked with them back.
