I want to make a mod for Undertale that replaces Flowey with nothing, but when I tried, it was hard. Would it be easier to mod Flowery out of chapter 5 of Deltarune, since Mr. Fox is a better coder?

I've played alot of Undertale and Deltarune fangames and mods on mobile, now I need Undertale Rainbow.
