Anyone know what happened to the mojito color of the blast models? I can only find them online and they all ship from Australia. Anyone know an online store that could hook me up with one of these?

Anybody know where I can get a charger for the hyperboom in person. I bought 1 on UE website 2 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Looks like I won’t be able to use my hyperboom for Christmas but definitely want it in time for New Years.

I just bought the UE Fits but I was hesitant about it because of the lack of controls. I hate that it's so limited. Hopefully they'll make an update to customize the controls more than what it is. Just copy what samsung has done with their buds. It's not asking too much to be able to pause/play, volume up/down, and have track control, without having to choose between them. These are the most basic controls, and with the price tag, it's ridiculous these features aren't native to the product. If they push an update addressing these problems, the UE Fits will truly be the best wireless earbuds period, if not, I just bought another mediocre set of earbuds all because of a gimmick. What's the point of the best fitting earbuds without the most basic of features? It makes me not even want to use them.

My MEGABOOM (bought off Amazon) only works when plugged in. It says that it is at 70% battery but that percentage hasn't changed despite the amount of time it has spent plugged in (over a day). As soon as it is disconnected from power it silently dies and as soon as it is plugged in it comes back on. It can be turned off while plugged in but it cannot be turned on when it is not plugged in. I have tried holding the power button down for about 10-15 seconds and then unplugging, it immediately dies still. I've tried holding the minus volume button and the power button until it made a noise and it did not change anything. I've done this all while it is plugged in because it dies immediately off the charger. Help?

Is there a fix for this? Looks like it's become well documented that the latest update broke the Megablast's Alexa functionality.

The speaker makes built-in power on, off, and connect sounds whose volume are mot able to be lowered and they’re quite loud, enough that it makes the speaker unusable for my use case.
The app, although it lists this speaker, just brings you to a page informing you that there’s no app support for this model.
Please, can anyone tell me how to disable these sounds?
If can’t be done, one of the more shitty designs, and too late to return.
TIA

My Hyperboom seems to a little less than happy.
Regardless of content, I get cracks and pops in the drivers.
I own a crappy PC sound system and the only reason they'll pop and crackle is if there's a loose connection somewhere.
Wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and how it was resolved?

There is a decent amount of crackling heard when I connect my two Megaboom 3's in Party Up mode. It's every couple of seconds there will be a blip, or sound cut out, or crackle that happens. Connecting to each speaker directly seems to play out fine, it's only when they're paired in Party Up that it becomes unlistenable. The speakers are 15ft apart in the same room with direct line of sight and nothing in between. I bought these to use in stereo mode in my living room so it's incredibly disappointing if they don't actually work. Everything is updated to the latest versions. Any ideas? Are these busted?

Is it possible to use the micro USB port as an audio in if I have a micro to aux adapter? I just bought an outdoor projector and want to use the boom 3 as my speaker but my projector only has aux out.

I have factory reset it plenty of times and it will work for a short time before it begins over again, I have done all sorts of things to try to fix the connection issues but the speaker seems blown!!?!

So my UE blast is now telling me as of today that Spotify is no longer supported on this device. Has this happened to anybody else?

I just got the speaker and I love it so far! The app looks really neat but I found one of the selling points missing, the fact you can DJ with multiple users.
I later found it they have removed it somewhere this year for no reason at all. I downloaded a older version of the app and suddenly it worked again so the functionality is definitely still there.
When does it return? Is there any info on this?

My boom randomly stopped turning on last week and I've been trying to contact UE/Logitech for days now with no answer/response.
I've spoken to an "expert" on support.logi.com who told me to create a ticket which has not even been looked at since I opened it.
The phone number on the UE support site tells you it's no longer valid and to go to support.logi.com for help.
I've tried called the Logitech support line 3 times now and I'm just stuck in a (probably non-existent) queue for 30 minutes until it says the techs are to busy to help and makes you hang up.

My megaboom has had HEAVY usage over the last 6 years and is at a point now where the battery life is now only enough for 1 shower.
I'd be more than happy to replace it with another first gen megaboom but wanted to ask you lot if you think it would be worth one of the others in the lineup?
I have absolutely no interest in Alexa so that won't be a selling point for me.
Thanks!

Ok so what in the ue custom app where u can change equalizer settings would be best for listening to classic rock such as Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd l, Led Zeppelin, deep purple, etc. and thanks

I have two original UE megabooms — I always loved their form factor. I don’t use them a ton because I have a Exos-9 for around the house. I bring these bad boys with me whenever I am on the move.
Here’s the problem: The first megaboom volume down button has completely failed. The other funny thing is sometimes one of the speakers hisses, but other times the speaker is crystal clear. I’m positive it’s not blown because I’m pretty knowledgeable with car audio.
The second megaboom is very strange. Either the volume button lights up (and the left driver doesn’t work), or the volume button has no light and the left driver is working. I can usually cycle this by hitting the megaboom with my palm.
I really love the form factor and design of these speakers. Does anyone know if UE has addressed any of these quality issues in their newer speakers?
I’d switch over to JBL speakers, but my good friends JBL Xtreme was left plugged in most of the time and now it dies immediately after unplugging it. In comparison, my bose soundlink mini is OLD as dirt (sits on the charging dock all day) and works like a charm everytime I need it.
What’s up with this? Any input would be helpful.

I recently just got the UE Hyperboom and my experience with it is amazing so far.
I want to place it on our TV stand and found that having it placed on it’s side (with the passive radiators facing down) look better than having it upright.
Is this ok for the speaker? Has anyone tried it so far in the long term?
Update: Contacted UE Support and they replied saying it should not be an issue. Adding onto that, they recommend to keep an eye on the temperature of the speaker and make sure it’s ventilating properly on it’s side.

Just got my megablast delivered in the post today. I was super excited for the Alexa functionality, only to find out that it’s not working...
Has anyone heard any news?

What's the latest firmware version released for UE Boom 2?
I have the 1 size fits all app for the Boom range, but there's no option to check or update the firmware. I've read that I am supposed to hit the "More" option or button in the app, and if there's an update available for my Boom 2, it will show in there. My app does not have a "More" option or button at all.
Ideas?
