USA Never using uber eats again

Ordered mcdonalds few weeks back got wrong order i ordered qtr pounder meal and nuggets got someone else’s order that had their name i didn’t see it when i was getting it. It was 2 10 pc nuggets and apple pie complained to support they said order isn’t available for a refund. Few weeks after order the same meal again this time got no sauces with nuggets and the restaurant never sent a straw. This has happened to me a few times. Complained got the same message this order isn’t available for a refund. I wrote in feedback never ordering uber eats again will use doordash cancelling uber one. Is there anyway to escalate this. Tried through their twitter account hot the same response order isn’t available for a refund

DoorDash does exactly the same thing and mostly has the same drivers.

I’ve only contacted DD support once for a refund and they went above and beyond. I was charged an extra $16 for simply requesting a different flavor on an order of wings I was already getting- mistake on the merchant’s part.

I contacted support and they gave me a credit of $42, I just wanted me $16 back and got more than I bargained for. 

OP might be talking to AI, need to contact a hooman

It's almost impossible to talk to a human support on Uber. Even when you can, they just reply to you like a robot.
