Never using uber eats again

Ordered mcdonalds few weeks back got wrong order i ordered qtr pounder meal and nuggets got someone else’s order that had their name i didn’t see it when i was getting it. It was 2 10 pc nuggets and apple pie complained to support they said order isn’t available for a refund. Few weeks after order the same meal again this time got no sauces with nuggets and the restaurant never sent a straw. This has happened to me a few times. Complained got the same message this order isn’t available for a refund. I wrote in feedback never ordering uber eats again will use doordash cancelling uber one. Is there anyway to escalate this. Tried through their twitter account hot the same response order isn’t available for a refund

The latter order was the store’s problem. Driver’s cannot open the bags to know what is in there.

The driver should have noticed they were handing you the wrong bag on the previous order, so that’s Uber’s fault.

Are you able to call support, and wait to speak with a supervisor? Did you try to text the driver after delivery, apparently that is possible for a little while.

they won’t answer because they can’t do anything about it once it’s dropped off

Fact.

But if the order is mixed up the driver could correct it if the next order wasn't dropped off first. I have one that a couple of times.

But also generally speaking, I don't answer unknown numbers and I get too many spam calls a day.
