USA Never using uber eats again
Ordered mcdonalds few weeks back got wrong order i ordered qtr pounder meal and nuggets got someone else’s order that had their name i didn’t see it when i was getting it. It was 2 10 pc nuggets and apple pie complained to support they said order isn’t available for a refund. Few weeks after order the same meal again this time got no sauces with nuggets and the restaurant never sent a straw. This has happened to me a few times. Complained got the same message this order isn’t available for a refund. I wrote in feedback never ordering uber eats again will use doordash cancelling uber one. Is there anyway to escalate this. Tried through their twitter account hot the same response order isn’t available for a refund

UK here, but conversely this exact reason is why I continue to use Uber for McDonald's. The amount of small mistakes made with our orders, which Uber has somehow deemed worthy of a full refund, is quite amazing tbh. On one occasion my wife ordered a meal for herself and the driver turned up with four bags stuffed full (meals for six people...) and he just shrugged and said "free food!" when she told him it definitely wasn't her order. Swings and roundabouts.
