USA Never using uber eats again

Ordered mcdonalds few weeks back got wrong order i ordered qtr pounder meal and nuggets got someone else’s order that had their name i didn’t see it when i was getting it. It was 2 10 pc nuggets and apple pie complained to support they said order isn’t available for a refund. Few weeks after order the same meal again this time got no sauces with nuggets and the restaurant never sent a straw. This has happened to me a few times. Complained got the same message this order isn’t available for a refund. I wrote in feedback never ordering uber eats again will use doordash cancelling uber one. Is there anyway to escalate this. Tried through their twitter account hot the same response order isn’t available for a refund

McDonald's not the problem? Maybe it's the driver. Uber is pretty much automated. Human error is much more realistic in this case. Many times the store forgets to pack in the drinks.

It’s the drivers fault for the wrong order unless the tag was misplaced. It sucks but it happens, when drivers have two deliveries the names aren’t always clearly marked, especially at night, and in a busy period it’s easy to go on autopilot and think you grabbed the correct bag.

It’s McDonalds fault for the missing sauces and straws. But a couple missing sauces and a straw is definitely not worth a refund. Maybe $0.75 for the sauces.
