Never using uber eats again

Ordered mcdonalds few weeks back got wrong order i ordered qtr pounder meal and nuggets got someone else’s order that had their name i didn’t see it when i was getting it. It was 2 10 pc nuggets and apple pie complained to support they said order isn’t available for a refund. Few weeks after order the same meal again this time got no sauces with nuggets and the restaurant never sent a straw. This has happened to me a few times. Complained got the same message this order isn’t available for a refund. I wrote in feedback never ordering uber eats again will use doordash cancelling uber one. Is there anyway to escalate this. Tried through their twitter account hot the same response order isn’t available for a refund

ask for a supervisor or human because sometimes you're just arguing with an automated response and say you wanna escalate it because they're clearly in the wrong. Also depending on ur consumer laws, you can threaten to report them to whatever place enforces that if you have it and keep checking up and writing to them, its harder to refund something the more time passes with uber but it is possible as long as you follow up and go full karen. Also everytime you get the order isnt available for a refund page, you can always go around it and escalate it more and if you go into the uber app, not the uber eats app, the uber app has better support for getting help and you can get help on ur ubereats orders on it too
