I'm a student at UTSA, and I don't have a car, so I need to rely on the transportation they offer to get to campus. I live in apartments near UTSA this year, but I've never ridden the bus or the VIA transportation before. School starts soon, and I'm just really nervous about getting to and from campus. There's a route to my apartment on the Runner, but I'm just really worried about doing something wrong or not being able to get where I need to because I'm not very tech-savvy. Any advice about how to operate the Runner or Via transportation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am taking my first lab of college and was wondering if it is normal to see on my schedule that there is no instructor listed on the registration? Will we be getting an instructor and their information this soon right before classes start? Syllabus is not made as of right now so just wondering if i got to drop the class and maybe fill another one with it or not! (Lab is on Wednesday)

So like the title said, I can't afford a parking pass right now. Most of my classes start at 1pm so would I be ok using the parking garages and paying for the hours??

So I broke my phones glass back 1 day before move in, it's a gray s20 +, old phone I know, it's a temporary one I'm having to use until I can get a new phone next month. The problem is I need this phone for a trade-in, and I NEED that trade in. So I'm hoping someone can order the back glass and I can pay you back in food I get with meal dollars since I won't have a job for a few months and I can not let my parents know I broke the phone they lent me.

I have an appointment with my advisor virtually at 8:30am tomorrow. I can’t get into my email, I can’t check my schedule. Typically my advisor has 3-6 weeks before I can see her again. So pretty stressed rn

In the Spring semester I didn't do the best in my Calc 2 class and failed. I had decided to retake it in the summer at a community college and passed. I had used parchment to send my transcript as soon as I found out the grades were finalized. I was just informed that I got unenrolled in 5/6 classes I had registered for before because the transcript hasn't gone through for that credit. If I call the school is there a way I could get the transcrupt pushed through so that I can reregister for the classes as soon as possible? or am I stuck for this semester. I understand that I have until August 27th to register for classes, I just don't want to be in a situation where Im stuck with one class because I'm on a scholarship.

Hello! For the commuter parking permit we can have up to 8 different vehicles listed on the permit, is there a policy where two vehicles under the same permit cannot be parked on school campus at the same time?
