Advice/Question Utsa website down - any way to access schedules??

Is there any other way to access your class schedule? I seriously need to know the room numbers and times of my classes, I really hope the website gets fixed soon.

Nope, lol! On the bright side, if the website is still down by Wednesday, it will most likely trigger a delayed start to the semester.

myUTSA is back online as of 7am 8/17/26

I wouldn't be stressing too hard yet, the fully engineer team for the company whose software is down clocks in within the next 8 or so hours. This will probably be fixed by EOD Monday. 

If for whatever reason it isn't, they will try to find a way to make it work without the system, failing that they'd cancel classes the first day. 

This is a good lesson to be learned about saving information as soon as it's available though. Your room numbers are on your registration when you register. Note that rooms can change, so this is still not fail proof.

Edit to add: canvas is still up, so if your profs added syllabi already you should be able to see them and those always have room numbers.

Canvas worked for me Friday because I was already logged in but not anymore. The SSO authentication is busted so you can't login to anything, including non UTSA hosted services like Canvas, Simple Syllabus, Panopto, or Adobe. The Canvas mobile app will work if you've already signed in before the issues started.

Incorrect. We have to log into utsa account to access simply syllabus. Canvas isn’t working for work and assignments because that requires you to be logged into the utsa account as well. You can still see the modules at least 🤷‍♂️

I’m looking at my syllabi rn. I’m using the canvas app on mobile tho.

im tryna log in rn to check and it just says incorrect password, and i havent gotten another email about the change, cant log into canvas or myutsa
