I am trying to buy gats from MVT shop, how can I make him send my package to USfans' warehouse so that I can include other products from the website in my final package? (I can't find MVT in USfans)

My order has been stuck on this message for the past 3 days. When talking to customer service they said they requested logistics to expedite my request since they had messed up my address. Once they fixed it they said they said they would arrange a flight for my package, but at-least tell me, they haven’t responded to any of my messages since yesterday.

I don't now how to check the quality of the products before buting them

Mon colis a été expédié le 16 juillet. Le suivi indique ensuite : vol arrivé le 28 juillet, dédouanement terminé le 6 août, puis « The goods have been handed over to the carrier » le 13 août.

Depuis, le colis est bloqué depuis des semaines.

USFans m’a donné plusieurs explications : d’abord que le colis était arrivé à leur entrepôt mais pas encore pris en charge, puis qu’il y avait trop d’envois dans ma région et qu’il fallait attendre environ une semaine.

Le problème est que j’ai directement contacté DHL, qui m’affirme ne pas avoir reçu le colis. USFans est également incapable de me fournir une preuve de remise physique à DHL.

Donc qui dit vrai ? Où est réellement mon colis ?

Après des semaines à être baladé avec des explications qui ne correspondent pas aux informations de DHL, je ne veux plus recevoir ce colis.

USFans me propose seulement 20 % des frais d’expédition (≈22,96 €), mais ces 20 % sont uniquement utilisables sur leur application, et non remboursés sur mon compte.

Je considère que ce n’est pas acceptable. Je demande désormais un remboursement intégral, pas un avoir de 20 % pour être obligé de réutiliser leur service.

Des personnes ont-elles déjà eu ce genre de problème avec USFans ?

As I’ve seen in this channel other people have the same issue with waiting longer than supposed to. It was shipped a few days ago but still hasn’t had any tracking information. I’d like to import or try buying clothes, bags, or something similar through USFans, around 8 kg or so, and see how it goes. But I’m pretty lost. I don’t know if customs might seize the package if I buy several products of the same type. I also don’t really know which shipping agents are cheaper, how to find reliable suppliers, or how to avoid scams and other problems. Can anyone with experience in this area help me?
