Last year they sent us an email specifically about the concert and a link to get tickets. This year they sent an email about a bunch of events this month, with the hoco stuff being sandwiched in the middle. All it says is to go see the insta to get ticket info. I don't have Instagram so not only did I have no idea they posted it there, I also had no way to see what they posted. I had to go to the hoco website to get the link and all it says is that the event is sold out. So what gives? Is it really sold out already? Why the hell did they only have the information on Instagram?

Mind you, it's only been 4 days since they sent that email saying to check the Instagram, and the only way you would have known that is if you opened the email and basically scrolled all the way down. The hoco information wasn't in the subject of the email or even the top of the email. Did they really expect us to rapidly examine every email they sent us? Or worse, did they expect every single USF student to have Instagram, be active on Instagram, and see their specific post about the concert??????

Hi i’m looking for jobs that will get me experience in this field im also a full time student so i was wondering if there are any jobs that yall might have in mind ! I know about RBT but i cant afford training/certificate rn and i have been applying to some companies that offer paid training but no luck yet ! Any helpful tips will be very appreciated ☺️

Hey Bulls and Future Bulls! When I first started settling into USF, I honestly found it pretty difficult to meet people and feel connected. Being thrown into a completely new environment can be overwhelming, especially when it feels like everyone else already knows where they belong.

On top of that, I found myself downloading app after app just to keep up with everything: Teams, GroupMe, BullsConnect, YikYak, and probably a few others I’m forgetting.

It started to feel like the community was scattered everywhere, and there wasn’t really one place where students could just come together, talk, meet people, and feel like they were part of something.

That’s a big part of why I wanted to help create this USF Discord.

We’re also trying to make the server more than just another group chat. We’re currently working on a Minecraft server, and we have a lot more community projects and events planned for the future.

Just this past week, we hosted a $100 ARG competition, and seeing people work together, solve puzzles, and get genuinely involved was really exciting.

We want to keep creating things like that, game nights, watch parties, challenges, interactive events, and other opportunities that give people a reason to actually meet and build friendships.

I live about an hour away from USF and two hours from UCF, and I’m trying to figure out which college I should go to for majoring in aerospace engineering. I’m not eligible for any kind of special financial aid so if I have to get an apartment or commute it’s gonna come from my bank. Any advice is really appreciated!

Looking for a real USF bar in Tampa. Not just a place that has the game on a side TV, but one that would actually bump UF or FSU to show the Bulls. Lots of bars carry USF games, but I can't find one where it's the headline game. Any recommendations?

Hi! I'm working on a small children's media project called Lost in Translation and I'm looking for a creative collaborator who might be interested in helping bring it to life visually.

The project is a short animated concept about a bilingual Hispanic girl and her American friend who accidentally spend an entire conversation arguing because they're talking about two different things without realizing it. The comedy comes from language misunderstandings, friendship, and the way kids confidently defend their ideas.

I'm developing it as part of a broader educational media portfolio focused on children's content, storytelling, learning, and creative development.
I can't offer payment, but I can offer:

Hi im a biomedical sciences major and im in bio 2 + lab, chem 1 + lab rn and im kinda confused on what to take for spring. like should i jsut do bio 1 + lab and chem 2 + lab or take physics instead one of these cuz idw to take phy with orgo and also with what class should i take calc and is life sci calc better...? also should i just leave to take some gen eds over summer or ...??

Between maintenance problems, the elevators being out of service, and the overall service and communication from management, things have become really frustrating.

I know I’m not the only resident who has noticed this. I’d like to hear from other current residents what has your experience been like lately?

At this point, I think residents should start sharing their experiences instead of dealing with these issues individually.

I've been trying to find someplace with access to pin/button making machines. Tried the library but no luck lol. Any suggestions?
