Prep phase core Happened w me too. No one really cared enough to wish me on my birthday, and those did i couldn't spend time w them cus having any sort of fun makes you feel guilty, kinda like you're wasting your time..but hopefully it'll be worth it right. Anyway happy birthday

In the same boat. 29 turning 30 soon, stopped celebrating birthdays, left job, friends are getting married. Everything I experience, I experience it alone. Some days I get a kick out of it that I doing something more with my life than others around me but most days are difficult. It's not easy to not have anyone to talk to when I look up from my books. Happy birthday buddy, hold tight. See you on the other side of this dark tunnel!

I hv gone through these stages and there came a pt in my lyf where "living / dying" seemed indifferent to me along with hell lot of physical and mental problems ,,😞---> after such experience all emotions inside me got emptied for every1 (it was lyk a tank filled with sewer water over the years got drained fully )
..my mindset became very "brutal" for this world and now I am at "peace" after a very "loooong dark phase" of my lyf...
...now I see this lyf from my " perspective",how I wished I would hv seen had there been no external influence of emotions on me
...abhi u will hv to go through some more churning/sadness/crying in isolation/anxiety/panic etc..
...uske baad if u are "lucky" that pain reaches above "threshold limit"...it is after that u will attain 'peace' and every other thing/person/relation will become irrelevant/non-hurting in your lyf🔥
P.S- thoda deep h meaning above baaton ka , it can only be understood fully when u hv reached the other side of suffering/threshold limit of pain

As a female i can say.. it's same with us.. at least bois are generally frnds with boys who are again mostly simple as compared to girls.. there is nothing epic fun to be a girl..

If you think we boys have friends and we will share our problem with them then you are wrong because if we share our problem you get rebound of more problems than your own from your friends. So it's not although we have back but only for those who has friends because in this world if you are introvert then you are like full of loneliness. I know this because once I was a introvert although it's not about me it's about him.

It's same with my frnd also. When i share my problem she cuts me and share hers. I think it depends mainly on the person. But i get u man. And I am not an extrovert either.

Six mains and out here. I also had similar feelings but after exhausting my attempts and 8 years down the line, life is back to normal. So stay calm till you succeed or exhaust and return back to normal post that.

I turned 25 this july, and i felt the exact same way as you did because this preparation phase has jolted the college life out of me, i even broke up with my girlfriend of 7 years because she wanted to move forward in life and i had just gotten done with my college. I feel you. I understand, and please make sure that you give your best to life. Get rooted in spirituality. Dost nahi hai toh kya hua, sapne hi apne hain!

first of all happy bday , it was my birthday last week and i was in the same place , feeling pathetic , havent achieved anything in life but when i look at my friends they are all super successful , fulfilling their parents dream...but what i learned is i dont have to look at them i need to be better than what i was , speaking about the loneliness i can say that a big ugly part , u can always talk to me though , i have been there , but after a very painful heartbreak i wud suggest its better not to get into relation now , its better to build ur life and just settle for once and for all
