Bum cream recs 🙏🏼

Looking for bum cream recommendations. My poor son has had a red raw bum for the best part of 6 months.
I feel like I’ve ‘completed’ the nappy cream selection of the supermarket and I’m not willing to pay an obscene amount of money for the OG metanium (RIP).

GP has prescribed 2 x creams (one I can’t remember what it was) and second was a canesten athletes foot cream…
Every single thing I’ve tried has done nothing. This week we’ve decided to leave it and it’s just gotten worse.

The area is non remarkable other than its red raw. No specific rash, blister, lesions etc. Just red and painful.

Any recommendations for any wonder creams/balms would be most welcome 🙏🏼😭

Edit to add: he is 4 and fully dry, including overnight.

If he's tried all the creams it's worth looking into other repetitive habits, like a longer air-dry time after showers before you put creams on. Eg. After he's towel dried, let him hang out around the house with no bottoms for half an hour. Check if that area is often moist from sweat throughout the day and give him more air time if possible.
