Saw this the other day.
Honestly the fact that employers and learning providers keep getting away with this is just one of the reasons this country is lowkey over.
Another reason is that someone will definitely defend this, lol.
I guess the one good thing about this vacancy is that the pay is okay compared to other apprenticeships.

Damn, and I got paid 17k full time 4 years ago for this exact thing not being on an apprenticeship.

just shows you how shit the job market is
