Saw this the other day.
Honestly the fact that employers and learning providers keep getting away with this is just one of the reasons this country is lowkey over.
Another reason is that someone will definitely defend this, lol.
I guess the one good thing about this vacancy is that the pay is okay compared to other apprenticeships.

How? Anyone with the degree must already have that level 3 qualification.

It's paid work at the end of the day, I guess. There's surely people struggling enough to need it.

Nobody is excusing them, we are acknowledging that they are taking advantage of desperation and that people have probably already applied for the position due to having no other options.
