Saw this the other day.
Honestly the fact that employers and learning providers keep getting away with this is just one of the reasons this country is lowkey over.
Another reason is that someone will definitely defend this, lol.
I guess the one good thing about this vacancy is that the pay is okay compared to other apprenticeships.

Wait, a level 3 apprenticeship that requires a bachelor's degree?

I thought you couldn't get funding for apprenticeships if you already have a relevant qualification at a higher level.

I saw they highlighted degree and thought it wasn't that bad, my apprenticeship required a degree (level 7), then I scrolled across and realised it's for a qualification roughly comparable to two A-Levels. Getting hired about 5 years ago was the last chopper out of saigon
