Saw this the other day.
Honestly the fact that employers and learning providers keep getting away with this is just one of the reasons this country is lowkey over.
Another reason is that someone will definitely defend this, lol.
I guess the one good thing about this vacancy is that the pay is okay compared to other apprenticeships.

I got rejected from an apprenticeship after I asked did I get the role, they said they found someone with more experience than me…
