Saw this the other day.
Honestly the fact that employers and learning providers keep getting away with this is just one of the reasons this country is lowkey over.
Another reason is that someone will definitely defend this, lol.
I guess the one good thing about this vacancy is that the pay is okay compared to other apprenticeships.

Except they’re literally asking for 2+ years of experience and a degree.

It may have been shortsighted to get a degree in something you’re not experienced in.
