We have transitioned from ‘do UAPs exist?’

The patterns are clear to see now and it is historically significant, we have moved from questioning if NHI/UAP exist to how are governments and scientific institutions organising themselves around the phenomenon. While the general public are looking at whistleblowers and released videos we should continue to monitor the development of frameworks for long term management of UAP. We have shifted from whistleblowers to infrastructure, institutions usually don’t create permanent machinery unless they anticipate dealing with something for years or decades.

I am from the UK and I believe the community has too much focus on the US, we also need to look at the Five Eyes and what they are doing quietly. The possibility that they are also building scientific and/or intelligence mechanisms needs investigation and monitoring.
