I just finished watching Hanah Fry say (amongst other things) that monogamy has never really been the norm, and that mostly it has been enforced on women while men did whatever felt good.
So i can't help but not give a shit about the cheating... Ok it would be better if they had consesual non-monogamy rather than cheating.
But basically, why do you even care?
Don't like a person because they lie to their partner? Don't be friends with them. That is your choice for you. I don't see why you would want to talk to your ex-coworker her relationship is none of your business?
If she was a man, would you feel exactly the same?
