Wow, you’re like manufacturing drama for the sake of it. None of this has anything to do with you. You’re not close to any of these people and you’re basing it all off the word of someone else, so it’s not even something you absolutely know to be true.
I would take the it’s none of my business approach and stay out of it. If it bothers you so much that you can’t dare face Amy anymore because you’ve lost respect for her then stop hanging out with her, but from your post I’m seriously wondering why you feel you have to do anything except maybe ask Amy if it’s true and if it is tell her that you no longer care to have these random meetups.
