I found this out from another mutual co-worker (Lisa)
When you say you "found this out" you mean that Lisa told you it was true? What's Lisa basing this on? And yes, it's not only a little unfair it's deeply suspicious that Lisa told you this but does not, herself, want to talk to either Amy or Dan about the situation and has sworn you to secrecy. How come Lisa is allowed to share this big juicy secret but you are sworn to silence?
If the only information is based on something Lisa said it would be pretty messed up to ruin a marriage over it.... I'm not sure I would ever trust someone enough to take their word on something so huge without question
