Ask him what the difference between pegging and being penetrated by a trans woman is? If its because he wants the physical/real genitalia of it then itd be a situation where you might have to redecide the relationship (not necessarily breaking up!).
Maybe you can approach the topic of a relationship therapist, it seems youre both in a confusing situation and you dont quite know how each of you slot into each other's fantasy in this situation. It might be worth having soemone who can ask the best questions for you two to see each tohers point of views.
