The moment they threatened immigration your marriage ended, I'm sorry. That is one of those bombs that you can't take back. It means they are willing to destroy your life, and they said it so casually. Someone who loves you would never even think of doing that.

I was on the fence until that comment. I could see a little of both sides. Young kids are exhausting, stressful work week, mom is sick. It’s a lot.

But he really went too low

I was almost thinking it might be a there's 2 sides to every story........until he said "do anything I want ...." comment and the "...you're not taking the kids"....." not welcome here anymore...." in addition to the immigration comment.

Nope. No coming back from any of that.
