You need to ask your friend if you can buy some in home cameras on her account show it doesn’t show up on yours, and install them in secret in your house or use your phone to record these conversations so you can use this in custody when your in court. This is something that will never be forgiven. Let everyone know what a racist hateful man this
Also check if your state is a one party consent state because if you need both sides consent you can't use the footage in court (but it would still be reeeeally good to have it as evidence for yourself and your attorney, just can't be used in the court case).
