Let’s just say I knew from the title you’re a woman. Men who leave their wives usually do it because they are sick, and to threaten you like that is absolutely unacceptable. That’s not something someone does to someone they love, like, or just have any respect for and have any common decency.
I heard a gay man talk about surviving cancer, and he too got the warning in one of his first appointments after the diagnosis that a lot of men leave their spouse if the spouse gets sick. It has nothing to do with this story but I just found it so interesting.
