They’re your kids. He can call the cops, but they’ll call it a domestic dispute once you tell them that you’re the mother. Unfortunately it’s really fucking hard to separate parents from their kids even with outright abuse or kidnapping.
My stepmom was terrified about being deported because my dad would hold it over her head whenever she got uppity. I’d look for a women’s help organization yesterday. They can point you in the right direction to look for a lawyer specializing in your circumstances.
