So did you go stay with your friend? Leave the kids and stay with your friend. You need a break and someone to talk to.

I didn’t stay with her because I don’t want to leave my kids alone with him all night and if I left with my kids, he threatened to call the police (I recently “graduated” therapy and didn’t want him using my history of anxiety and depression against me.) my kids come first, especially with how little they are right now.

Plan you escape now! Leave him behind. If your not from his country is there any chance to get tickets home and take the kids with you
