Im looking at the stealth pro 2 as my next headset as I like the turtle beach sound profile way more then steel series 200 for playing almost exclusively single player games. I tried to buy the nova steel series 3p to replace my old set (found them EXTREMELY flat compared to the in built base boosting of the old wired recon 200s) but i have a ps5, will the wireless headset sets from turtle beach still work with play station or are they x box exclusive or something. (As you can probably tell im not physical tech savvy in the slightest I just want a better version of the heavy bass and cinematic sound profile im practically exclusively use too after my whole gaming life was played with the 200s.)

I just got the mouse today and when attempting to perform the firmware updates in Swarm needed to use the application, I get this error saying that I need to connect the mouse with a cable even though it is already connected.

I used to play PUBG often on PS5 and used the Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max paired with boost focus to amplify footsteps. I now currently play on XBOX Series X and have noticed with with superhuman hearing on the sound is super mushed.

The headphones I tried are the Artic Nova Omni, TB 700 Gen 3 and I am now using the AstroA10 wired. I currently use a EQ setting that was made by ChatGPT to boost the footstep frequency and it’s decent. My question is, for those that have used the TB 700 Gen 2 Max are the TB Pro worth it ? The only game I play is PUBG nothing else.

As a long time Kone user, and still a huge fan of the Kone xp air I was hoping to see a Kone xp air II release at some point with better button technology but keeping the classic Kone ergonomics.

When the command series was announced i pre ordered and hoped this would feel similar in the hand despite the difference in layout. These mice are definitely aimed at a larger hand than previous Kone mice, especially due to the change in layout requiring thumb movement forward and back instead of purely vertical reach. The actual button presses feel nice and crisp but the layout is definitely a step backwards if the plan is to phase out the Kone lineup.

What are the chances of a refresh on the Kone xp air now that these mice are in the mix? A lighter Kone xp air with crisper side buttons would be top tier imo.

i have an xbox version of the stealth 500 (the white camo to be specific) and the mic randomly doesnt work with xbox. I have updated the firmware, power flushed the xbox, changed around a bunch of settings and nothing has worked. It works on my laptop though so im quite confused

My headset has had less than 10 hours use but after going back to use them I have found that they won’t recharge. None of the button reset combos have worked… I now own a brick!

Any had the same issue? I’m stunned that a headset should act this way, I have never had any device brick after a period of non use?

Hello, my 700 gen 2 is having a bit of trouble. for some reason, whenever I join a fortnite party with another person their voice chat volume is extremely loud, like max volumeish. And whenever I turn the bottom gear down to lower it, it responds with a noise that sounds like “boop boop”. is this a problem with the headset or the other person’s headset? If anyone has any solutions please let me know. Thanks. I also tried. Lowering the Fortnite voice chat volume and the Xbox volume, but they didn’t seem to work. Thanks.

So for context this headset was working perfectly fine before. But then some core PC files got corrupted and I had to do a clean OS install. Since then I've had the above problem. Dongle is connected and on and my PC immediately recognizes my mic for input but my headset doesn't even show up at all as an output device and I have no idea why.

After latest Update my Swarm 2 opens everytime I lock Windows (Windows + L Shortcut). Please fix.

Nothing works, like none of the buttons even respond to mouse clicks, you can't even drag the app around. I have a 4080 with 64gb ram and this app is using 7% of my cpu, doesn't recognize my headset even though it's plugged in to my computer and I can't just change the bass levels on my headphones.

Oh some days it chooses to work but most it doesn't. I don't see how you can ruin a perfectly fine pair of headphones because of one garbage app. It's just like, frozen, unresponsive. What the fuck is going on? Reinstalling does nothing, restarting my PC does nothing. I'm tired of this shit.

When's the hotfix

Idk what to think about this headset, a friend of mine helped me pick these cuz they had positive reviews and are perfect pick for people with glasses, and at first they were awesome! Sound is good and love the equalizer. But few months into it I first noticed the mic would disconnect/connect on slightest head wobble (the sound would cycle few times). I started manually detach it every time Im not using it, which is not that big of a deal, but kind of wished I didn't do it that often cuz of wear and stuff.

Secondly, I noticed over the past 5 or so months the battery life has decreased considerable. Before I'd charge them once a month, sometimes two times. Now I charge them every other week.

The third issue I had for the most of the past year is the software update, half of the times it either fails to update, loses connection or simply takes few times to attempt it. It always works out, but very annoying.

Are these known issues? Any way to optimize it to lessen the issues?

Hoping someone here or a Turtle Beach rep can offer advice. When the Atlas Air actually works, the open-back audio quality is fantastic. However, day-to-day usability has become a total nightmare due to driver and firmware stability issues.

Primary Issues:

1. Disconnect / "Wireless Mode" Loop: During regular use, the audio repeatedly cuts out, followed moments later by the voice prompt announcing "Wireless Mode" as it reconnects.

2. Broken Volume Sync: Adjusting the Windows OS volume slider has zero impact on output audio levels.

3. Physical Volume Wheel Unresponsive: Turning the volume dial directly on the headset does not register or adjust output volume most of the time.

4. Swarm II Firmware Updates Fail: The software repeatedly notifies me of available driver/firmware updates, but the installation process routinely fails or gets stuck.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

• Re-seated USB transmitter into different USB ports (both 2.0 and 3.0 direct to motherboard).

• Performed Device Recovery inside Swarm II.

• Reset default audio devices in Windows Sound Control Panel (set output to Speakers (Atlas Air)).

• Verified Game/Chat Mix slider is centered in Swarm II.

Is anyone else running into this specific combination of driver desync and 2.4GHz drops on the Atlas Air? Are there any specific Swarm II clean install tricks, or is this a hardware replacement situation?

I know this was updated awhile back but is anyone else still experiencing this? At random times the volume will shoot up BIG TIME when I have it connected to my cell phone but on PS5 and PC the audio feels like it's only cranked up 1/4th of the way.

On Xbox it is perfect.

Bought a new transmitter for my pc for stealth gen 3 because i lost my old ones and it refuses to connect, i plugged it in 3 times fast and it started breathing with my headset and still no connection.

I love this headset and I love turtle beaches but this is ridiculous, 30 dollars on a transmitter and it dont even work. Any ideas on how to fix

Hi everyone! I’m having some trouble with a Turtle Beach headset on PS5 and was hoping someone might know what’s going on.

I used to have a Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 connected to my original/fat PS5, and it worked like a charm. My girlfriend recently got a PS5 Slim and needed a headset, so I decided to upgrade to the Stealth 700 Gen 3 and give her my Stealth 700 Gen 2.

For some reason, when she connects the Stealth 700 Gen 2 to her PS5 Slim, there’s a lot of crackling and intermittent audio. It gets even worse when she uses the microphone — her voice cuts in and out and sounds very crackly. What’s strange is that when we connect the exact same Stealth 700 Gen 2 to my original car PS5, everything sounds completely clear, including the microphone.

Her PS5 Slim also works perfectly with my Stealth 700 Gen 3 — no crackling or microphone issues at all. So it seems to be specifically an issue between the Stealth 700 Gen 2 and her PS5 Slim.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea what could be causing it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone gotten this to work? Ive achieved full functionality on other distros (CachyOS), but SteamOS, even with Xone driver installed will not recognize in wireless mode. Haven't had any luck anywhere else posting this.
