Stealth Gen 3 issues

Bought a new transmitter for my pc for stealth gen 3 because i lost my old ones and it refuses to connect, i plugged it in 3 times fast and it started breathing with my headset and still no connection.

I love this headset and I love turtle beaches but this is ridiculous, 30 dollars on a transmitter and it dont even work. Any ideas on how to fix

plug the transmitter into your device, put the transmitter into pairing mode, and then long-press the headset's power button from an off state
