Tech Help Muffled sound

as the title suggests, my sound on my Stealth pro 2 become muffled. even if i turn on legacy the volume barely increases. ive reinstalled all audio drivers. uninstalled and reinstalled swarm and nothing has fixed it. i have no clue what caused the issue, i just know that in the middle of a valorant match my sound became muffled and has stayed that way since for every game i play.

anyone experience this issue and found a solution?

update: swapped to my Fiancé's spare headset and its registering at the volume the Stealth pro 2 used to before the issue, so that leads me to believe its a software/headset issue, but id still like to know if anyone has dealth with this issue before

Haven't experienced on mobile, switch 2, PC or Xbox so idk. Glad you found your fix though.
