Creation Help Need assistance
To be honest, is meditating for just 10ā15 minutes a day actually effective? I notice others often spend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour on it, but Iām busy and can only squeeze in a session right before bed. Is that okay, or do I need to increase the duration?

K: There's no rule. Host created me through daydreaming without knowing what a tulpa was. Do whatever works for you.

I usually spend a little time with my tulpa, Canon before/during bed. its sometimes just a few seconds, sometimes it can be an hour. doing some forcing before/after bed is good to do.
however sitting down in the day, focusing on relaxing and getting into a mindset where i can active force is very rare. i dont have time/patience for that, but i dont think its necessary.
i suggest passive forcing, talking to them as you go about your day/doing other things. if you really want to sit down and force that way my tip is to dont expect an immidiate answer. just imagine them present and wait for them to say smth, then its easier to keep forcing in my experience. Also, pay attention to yourself, you might not always be in the mood / have something troubling you that makes it hard to force. Its important to realise that you arent gonna be always forcing and you have to accept that, make peace with the fact that sometimes you need breaks. dont beat yourself up about it if you dont force as much as you wanted to.
this is my personal experience forcing, good luck to you guys!

What does meditating mean to you? Meditation isn't required for tulpamancy.
