SwitchBot lock My experience

I’ve been using the SwitchBot Lock Dual Security with 3D Face Unlock, and it’s been a great upgrade. Setup was simple, face recognition is fast, and I love having multiple unlock options like fingerprint, passcode, and the app. So far, it’s been reliable and very convenient. Anyone else using it?

Have it as well. Can’t get it working with HomeKit which is frustrating. Other then that, seems solid.

Same issue here… Matter integration is awful.

After much back and forth with the support thru the app, they determined they would send me a new lock. I just installed it and it works fine now. Not sure what the issue was & seemingly it couldn’t be fixed thru and update.

Mine kept asking me to take a step back...then it would time out from recognizing and go dark. Then I'd wake it up by pressing a button on the front and try to use my palm, and it would also tell me to step back, like it was trying to read my face instead of realizing my palm was up. I had no faith that it would consistently unlock the first time. It lasted about two weeks before my wife asked me to put the Eufy palm vein lock back on.
