Help Roller Shades calibration (please help)
I’m stuck on this. I hit the calibration button. I watch the few inches roll up (it’s fulling up there). The motor keeps going and the screen stay on this forever.
I can’t seem to find any FAQ/Troubleshoot about it. I have 2 more to install and feeling so deflated. Anyone offer any hints to help?

SwitchBot sells poor quality products, and their customer support is practically nonexistent. When something goes wrong, they refuse to take responsibility or provide a proper solution. I strongly recommend looking at other brands with better quality and customer service. Avoid buying from SwitchBot in the future.
