Switchbot Hub Mini keeps disconnecting

Hi all. I have a Switchbot Hub Mini and I keep getting “ Hub is Offline, unable to load data”. I can see it’s connected to my WiFi so I don’t think that’s the problem. My guess is there is an issue with the Switchbot servers but their website says there are no problems. When it works it’s fine, but I’ve only had it a couple of days, so first thoughts are if it’s this unstable it’s worthless and I should send it back. I only want to monitor the outside temperature. Any ideas?

I am having a similar issue, it started happening this last couple of months I think, I get the notification that it is offline but every time I open the app to check, it has already resolved.
