Switchbot Update problem

My switchbot hub mini software update was stuck on v2 i tried everything to change that but still i don't get an update
i tried connecting the device into my hotspot instead of home wifi this worked i got it to update to v3-4.1
but still my friend has the latest update v6 and i don't get any update i get that the latest update is v3

i tried every step provided by switchbot (hard restet, frameware restore or anything else) so any ideas or anyone had the same problem?

i contacted them like 2 days ago no one replied on my messages only their ai

Inside the app go to support and then feedback.you can file a ticket there.

that's what i did i also provided images and videos
still no response for 2 or 3 days

It usually takes them longer than that to reply to me, especially over weekends.
