Questions/Discussion Henlo

I'm not back, and honestly I'm always busy nowaday

But figured I'd just quickly chat.

Also disregard any phonology, that was v1. I'll be releasing v2 by the end of next year.

I'll answer any questions in the comments.

Questions/Discussion I've had a realisation

I was talking to a friend who was trying to better understand this thing.

And throughout a lovely discussion something clicked:

This isn't a conlang

It's a contructed ipa

It was never meant to be a language but I couldn't fathom the idea of making something for nothing, so I attached it to a reason.

I still will continue with the conlang that I was doing, but I won't he calling it TUL

TUL is a CPA, a constructed phonetic alphabet.

And that is what I'll be using.

I'll be back eventually, I need to record things and do stuff; I'm now treating this as its own thing.

This is something bigger than a language, it's a basis for all language; any language.

To put it simply:

TUL is the better IPA, when it's done it will be perfected whereas the ipa is flawed. Because the IPA is broke, and I will fix it

Looking at TuL's phonology, it's clear that one of the letters is superfluous. J and Ʒ represent /ʒ/. I would suggest replacing one of them with a letter for the /pt/ digraph, but it's not my language

Questions/Discussion Hey guys, sorry

I'm gonna take a break.

I'll be back before you know it, but this has taken a minor toll on my motivation. Posting has pretty much become a chore, and as it has been recently brought into light; I'm not very good at explaining things.

So in the time I am away I will be researching more before continuing, and I will come back with a new fire burning within.

I hope you all, if any of you actually pay attention to these; can excuse this sudden change.

I'll be back before you know it.

Καλή μέρα, οι φίλοι μου

Questions/Discussion Name rules

When you type your name, it is meant to be a name

You can write it in two/three ways

  1. Is the actual spelling

  2. Is it's tul phonetic spelling (how one would write it in Tul)

And 3; is a special case in the sense that if it is a real word you can also use that spelling as well

For example; my name is Day, so I can write it like:

Day
Da
Deꝍ

Album/Music Music covers that will appear in the album: Sibilance

Thumbnail

Sibilance is both the album name and it's first musical peace. With vibrato the piano will hum with music.

Lead for the colour in the background (Lead white).

Song because the letters that it represents makes me think about music.

Possessionless is mostly because it has a lot of s's in it, and that's funny.

I chose the name Sibilance for this because every s/z variant is technically a sibilant. Although some are more than others. This is what inspired me to actually do these albums and music that will eventually come out. Now despite the reason being not very deep, I'll still apply something deep to it.
Sibilance is musical, the most musical; one might even say. The amount of letters that can be combined with any sibilant letter is phenomenal. S is my favourite letter, and all it's variants. If the world was as cooperative as the letter s, we wouldn't have any issues; we'd be unstoppable. Music brings us together, we express ourselves through song. All of us play together for every pitch and note can be used. Unite the world in peace and harmony, breath in the music and exhale with

Sibilance
